Human resources: Is a department responsible for managing everything related to employees, because employees are the most powerful and valuable resources in a business organization. 

What is the role of human resources? Define in detail. 

The primary responsibilities associated with human resource management include: job analysis and staffing, organization and utilization of workforce, measurement and appraisal of workforce performance, implementation of reward systems for employees, professional development of workers, and maintenance of workforce.

What is Capital? Is the collective value of the capabilities, knowledge, skills, life experiences, and motivation of an organizational workforce. 

In your opinion, is human resources necessary? Explain.  

For sure, Human resources is one of the most important and valuable areas in a company; is very important since this area is in charge of selecting employees and achieving harmony in the company.

What are the main areas of Human resources?

  • Recruiting and staffing
  • Compensation and benefits
  • Training and learning
  • Labor and employee relations
  • Organization development

Define Human resource management. 

Human resource management involves overseeing all things related to managing an organization’s human capital.

What are the main responsibilities of a Human Resource Manager? Define them in detail. 

  • Managing job recruitment, selection, and promotion
  • Developing and overseeing employee benefits and wellness programs
  • Developing, promoting, and enforcing personnel policies
  • Promoting employee career development and job training
  • Providing orientation programs for new hires
  • Providing guidance regarding disciplinary actions
  • Serving as primary contact for work-site injuries or accidents

 Which of the responsibilities you mentioned in the previous questions do you think is the most challenging or an HRM? Why? 

I consider that the most important part is recruitment, that is, the right choice of personnel, since as a recruiter it is an important job to select good people who will responsibly fulfill the position.

What are the most important skills of a Human Resource Manager?

  2. Didn´t thought of HR achievieng harmony in the company, but in some certain way they do.
    And quite interesting your choice of what is the most difficult part of HR, I think that sometimes HR can make a mistake and let go a valuable person, but thats why training programs exist.
